soon become an invaluable asset to your food preparation and a real treat to have in your  
kitchen! Its primary function is to turn nuts into SMOOTH, CREAMY nut butter or CHUNKY  
nut butter.

HOW TO USE YOUR PEANUT BUTTER MAKER™  
FIVE EASY STEPS!  
1. Plug into an electrical outlet.  
2. Fill the Nut bin with pre-shelled peanuts or any other shelled nuts. PLEASE NOTE  
THIS MEANS TO ONLY USE NUTS WITHOUT SHELLS OR AFTER REMOVING  
SHELLS.  
3. Select the texture you want by adjusting the TEXTURE CONTROL KNOB.  
4. Turn the POWER SWITCH to ON.  
5. While nut butter collects in the NUT BUTTER CUP, turn the CHANNELTOOL to guide  
the nuts into the grinding area.  
IT IS THAT EASY!  
NOTE: ALWAYS WAIT 15 MINUTES BETWEEN EACH BATCH OF NUT BUTTER AS  
UNIT NEEDS TO COOL. ALSO, IF NUTS ARE TOO LARGE, PUT IN PAPER OR  
PLASTIC BAG, AND BREAK THE NUTS INTO SMALLER PIECES BEFORE PUTTING  
INTO NUT BIN.

Directions: Put TEXTURE SLECTOR SWITCH on chunky (unless you like smooth). Allow  
your favorite nut butter to bill NUT CUP about ½ inch. Then put ½ inch of chocolate fudge  
topping over NUT Butter. Repeat until CUP is filled.  
Spread on your favorite bread or roll into balls and freeze and then enjoy.  
You can also substitute the fudge with JELLY, MARSHMALLOWS, CARAMEL, etc!

RECIPES (Continued)  
CHICKEN WITH PEANUT BUTTER CURRY SAUCE  
Ingredients:  
2 tablespoons canola oil  
3-4 cloves chopped garlic  
1 cup red and green bell pepper  
1 cup chopped onions  
1 tablespoon curry powder  
1 cup plain yogurt  
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces  
Directions: Heat the canola oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, onions and  
bell pepper - cook and stir often until tender.  
Stir in curry powder and cook about one minute. Season chicken with salt and pepper, add  
to skillet. Cook stirring often until just done. Stir in peanut butter and heat through. Add the  
yogurt and stir to combine well. Cook for 3-5 minutes stirring often until curry is hot. Taste  
and add salt and pepper if needed.  
MICRO PEANUT BUTTER SMORE’S  
Ingredients:  
Graham Crackers  
Smooth peanut butter  
Milk chocolate candy bars  
Large marshmallows  
Directions: Spread peanut butter on graham crackers. Top with a square of chocolate and  
a marshmallow. Place on paper plate and put in microwave on high power for 10 seconds  
until marshmallow puffs up. Top with another graham cracker and eat at once.

Nuts to big to grind.  
Put in brown or plastic bag. Break into  
smaller pieces.  
Unit doesn’t turn after first use.  
Nuts grinding but motor is on  
Allow unit to cool for 15 minutes  
Turn the CHANNEL TOOL that moves  
nuts into grinder cage.

CLEANING, CARE AND MAINTENANCE  
1) Turn off the machine. Grasp the plug and remove from the wall outlet.  
2) Remove clear PEANUT BIN from base of unit. Rinse the inside and allow to dry.  
If needed, use a non abrasive sponge or cloth.  
3) Remove grinder mechanism attached to the TEXTURE CONTROL KNOB.  
Rinse in warm sudsy water. If needed use a non abrasive sponge or cloth. Allow  
to dry.  
4) Clean NUT CUP after use in warm sudsy water and use non abrasive sponge or  
cloth. Allow to dry.  
PARTS ARE NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. DO NOT PUT IN THE DISHWASHER.  
NOTE: To prolong the look of your appliance, never use an abrasive sponge, cloth or  
cleaning product on the exterior finish.

This appliance is designed and built to provide many years of satisfactory performance under  
normal household use. The distributor pledges to the original owner that should there be any  
defects in material or workmanship during the first 90 days of purchase, we will repair or replace  
the unit at our option. Our pledge does not apply to damages caused by shipping, mishandling or  
unit being dropped. A product deemed defective either from manufacturing or being mishandled  
is up to the distributor’s discretion. To obtain service under this warranty, return this unit to  
Nostalgia Products Group, LLC at the address above, shipping prepaid. You must also include a  
copy of the original receipt along with your name, address and phone number. Include a  
description of the defect along with the date you purchased the product.  
This warranty does not apply to re-manufactured merchandise.
